Defining Church Vision - Motivating Members To Serve

Vision 2 Serve has created an exciting process that helps churches develop and define long term goals with details of goals to be accomplished over the next 12-month period. This plan is updated every year. It includes gathering congregational suggestions, as well as interviews with community leaders and pastors, all within a three week period. The vision plan includes goals designed to expand church ministries to the congregation, the community, and the world.

Vision Goals Might Include:

* Adding or increasing programs,
 

   * Adding additional staff,
 

      * New vehicles or equipment,
 

         * Increasing missions support,
 

            * Reducing current debt,
 

               * Land acquisition,
 

                  * Facility renovation,
 

                     * New construction

                         Or any combination of these needs.
